What kind of car is this painted brake system installed on, does anyone know the part number of the caliper? thanks

 

I can almost make out a PN from the tag on the boxes. Maybe there’s a better way to read it rather than expanding it on my iPad.
It looks like it could be A 162 634 1881…you might check a few possibilities to see if you get a valid PN.
