What Does This Button and Wheel Knob Do?
Hey Guys,
I tried really hard to figure out what this Button and Wheel Knob does on my 22 350 before starting a new thread but I have been defeated and couldn’t not figure it out or find any existing posts. I tried the owners manual and couldn’t find it. Could any help out?
thanks

Top button is your rear fog light, it comes on only on one side, which is the driver's side only.
Wheel knob is your ambiance brightness level, only effective at night (switch does not change anything during the day).

I had my suspicions that it was the rear Eurospec fog light but it didn’t turn on during the day and same for the roller knob, I’ll have to test them at night. Thanks for your help!

PFL205.064 with M276.823 (Oil pump solenoid defeated)
As mentioned, it is your rear tail fog light (the one that is extra bright and as mentioned only on one side so people don't get it confused as the brake light, competitors have two though) since the GLE doesn't actually have a front fog light, activating it also turns on the night time running taillights too and the low beam when it comes to headlights.

You've already got good answers. This is a harder one to find in the manual because the two switches are separated into sections (the fog light in the exterior lighting section and the dimmer on steering wheel buttons for some odd reason).
