Mercedes connect

Anyone out there experiencing issues with the app? Had my local dealer re-set it yesterday but later in the day, the data was frozen. Re-set pin code etc this morning and only partial data is available. The issue started when I upgraded phone a few days ago. I was informed by dealership to wait it out. Sometimes it will correct itself. I would hate to call MB directly later and see what they offer as assistance. Thanks

No issues here with the app. Went to grab some food last night and the app shows all the correct vehicle status and trip data from yesterday. Haven't had to do this in a long time, but I've seen it get locked up in the past and all I had to do was kill the app and restart it. If your new phone has connectivity issues then that would affect the app. The place to start troubleshooting these things is always with what was changed most recently. So in your case that was upgrading your phone, which is most likely the culprit.

Thank you superswiss for your prompt response. I reached out to MB and we reset my me connect app and all is good now.
