Blacks were out of stock for several months last year. My dealers couldn't get them and all they could do was give me the part number, which I used to get a set on eBay. Prices range from list price to four times list price.
I'm still not sure if they're OEM cuz they look kind of wimpy but they do take the wheels off.

2020 GLE450 polar white AMG pkg.
My dealer also tried to install the black locking wheel bolts on my GLE450, I advised it was unacceptable and they ordered me the chrome set at no additional charge. I agree with the OP, it just looks out of place with the black bolt.
