Question Two coolant questions

Hi! Yesterday yellow coolant icon came up, and I found that I don't know where the "MAX" indicator on the reservoir is. I'm having extremely hard time understanding the manual, the picture of MAX indicator there even remotely does not remind me of anything I see on real car. Also, which antifreeze should I use to top up? I have G13 from Audi - can I use it? Hue seems to be the same.

Had same issue with my GLE. Took it to dealer they filled it up to where yellow line is. Been fine for a year now no yellow light has come on.
Your S/A will be happy to add to your coolant if you’re near by.

So easy... yes, now I see the match between that black sleeve and picture in the manual. My level is definitely below that line, it is exactly on the seam between lower and upper parts of the reservoir. Thank you very much!

and still... here is what manual says about marker bar. I don't see 100% match between that black hose sleeve and this picture:

Found this video, the guy is saying reasonable thing - level is where black meets the white. My reservoir does have black and white vertical cylindrical bar, very match like his. Then why does the manual show completely unreadable picture?

If you open the cap and look straight down, you’ll see a small plastic bar that stick out from the side of the tank. It’s attached to the back side of the coolant reservoir, the side closer to the cabin. That’s the level indicator that’s mentioned in the owner’s manual. I couldn’t tell for sure, but it appears that indicator is roughly at the same level of the tank seam.

Also, the dealer filled my car up to the same level as what SigP shows, but that level was when the engine was warm/hot as I just pulled in. I checked it later with a cold car and the level had receded down the seam.

Also, I watched the dealer open that cap while the car was very hot. He slowly turned it until it hissed then opened it up fully. That’s not something that I personally would do.

Found it! Manual shows something absolutely unrelated, or maybe my sight is really bad. Seems to be 5mm below the seam. This is what most youtubers show, and I saw it among the pictures found on the Internet. What is interesting, even some older manual shows correct picture, why does the current one show something I can't read...
