I've seen some 2023 GLEs and one 2023 GLE 53 Coupe on these forums so far, no 63s but I cant imagine how the 53 and 63 coupe would differ except in options and powertrain.
I don't mind waiting and being patient. I just wish I could track the order myself.

Well received this from my dealer today. Production date was 10/29/22 and it's been FREEZE since September. I ordered in May. He's had a VIN number since late August???

There is decent inventory of the 2022 GLE63 listed on Autotrader or cars.com but hardly any GLS V8 models.

What's not being released are all V8 models such as GLE63, GLS63, GLS580, and GLS600. These haven't been certified by the EPA yet so MB can't release them anyway. Even when the EPA certifies them, MB may wait for enough to be build before they release them.

Did some research and confirmed this, EPA certifications from August for the 2.0 and 3.0 liter GLEs (350, 450, 53) but none for the 4.0 liter V8 models.

I did realize that the EPA DIS system doesn't update right away. It seems to be 3 weeks behind. Last update was approximately 2 days ago and it was for CLA45 / GLA45 with a document date of 10/31.
