Not able to start app

Anyone having this issue? The logo showed up and went away. Restarted phone but no luck. I’m on iPhone 13 Pro. Thanks.

Try to update the Mercedes Connect app... Hopefully, it's OK after updated. I had the same problem couple days ago and OK after it's updated.

It could also be their server having temporary issues, try logging in and out, removing the app and reinstalling.

iPhone 13 Pro Max working fine for me today. Are you in the U.S.? I recall some Canadian users having issues a few months back.
