12V battery warnings
So...we left the car in December for 2 weeks, at the dealer. We collected the car and they informed us that softwares were updated for various modules....and a component on the battery terminal which contained a chip - was defective and had to be changed. (The software update seemed to have turned on a function - where the radiator fan is kept running after engine is shutdown - for about 10-20 minutes after a drive on a hot day..., before turning off by itself)
After having the car with us for about 4 weeks, the "12V level is critical" message came back on again.
So, we can confirm that the "12V level is critical" issue is not solved. Benz ohhh Benz.
We will monitor in the coming weeks and observe how frequently it will occur.
We messaged the Service Advisor at the dealer about this matter - and he recommends disconnecting the dashcam if we plan to leave the car undriven for more than a few days.
"tsk tsk tsk...."
