Touchscreen not working :-(
Just picked up our 2022 GLE350 CPO and find out the touchscreen doesn't respond to touches. I asked the sales guy, who has no suggestions. Wondering if a full reset would do the trick? Any ideas??

Drive it back and ask them how a CPO can have a non-working touch screen. Don't bother trying to figure this out. Tell them that you are not happy that the car isn't 100% and want this fixed right away. It could be a software update or a bad unit, or it may just need a reset.
If they are not motivated, you can tell them that this experience will reflect on the upcoming satisfaction survey. That will apply a bit of pressure...

Not even a question here, go back to dealer and demand that they check this out. This isn't a small ittem, its the main interface of the car and a safety issue. I wouldn't delay and your salesperson should be highly apologetic and willing to help resolve asap. You'll love the car once you get this taken care of.

So they were aware of the issue and delivered it to you in that condition, or did the problem crop up after delivery? Either way they should fix it. The dealer Service Dept will handle the repair, not the salesman.
