What is this on the back bottom gle53 2021
ok group i when under and see this and track it back to it is hookup to REAR PARKING AID SENSOR CONTROL MODULE OEM 1679050200

so can anyone tell me what does "REAR PARKING AID SENSOR CONTROL MODULE OEM 1679050200" do and it function ?

Other than the red outline looking improper, it looks like some kind of damage. Is it mangled plastic?

I am guessing it is a control module for your rear PARKTRONIC sensors? You know, the beeping sound you hear when reversing? Those ultrasonic sensors, I believe they are made by Bosch. Just a guess.
