Front fender passenger side super hot, can burn

2020 GLE450 polar white AMG pkg.
Super-hot fender on my GLE450. At first, I thought the high surface temperature was due to the sun. Cannot touch for any length of time before it causes a burn to hands or fingers.
Apparently, it's a known issue especially if the coolant lines pass through in this area. The driver's side front fender is cool to the touch. I guess there is no reason to be touching this area unless washing the vehicle.
