I don’t like us version headlight with amber side marker light. And i found chinese headlight professional company from Youtube. They programmed headlight for plug n play.
I am guessing the EU style headlights also have cornering function plus it has Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus which can be enabled via software.
If OP posted the thread before actually proceeding with it, perhaps we can all suggest wrapping or tinting that area of the headlight so it is less visible instead of spending money on a whole new unit, hopefully OP was able to recoup some cost by selling the old headlight.
That aftermarket headlight is technically illegal on US roads and will likely fail a state inspection. Side marker and parking lights are required by DOT specifications.

Not all states have such rigorous inspection; only emissions in Oregon.
