2022 GLE 350 Mercedes me
Hello all,
I am having a hard time getting in touch with MB , do you guys have a direct line to where someone can remove previous owners name from Mercedes me and put in My daughters name as the new owner ?

You have to take it to dealer and show proof of ownership. The only other way is if you see the previous owner's email on the profile, you can send them a message asking them to remove it.

I tried the dealer and they said they can’t do anything, I call Mercedes me they said I have to call dealer… what is going on with MBUSA

As said above, this is something that the dealer has to do, because of the required proof of ownership. Can't just add anybody to a car if it's not yours. If your dealership doesn't know what to do then they are simply incompetent. Find a dealership that knows what they are doing. It's not an MBUSA thing. I'm pretty sure you can appreciate that somebody can't just remove you from your car and add themselves simply by having the VIN of the car, otherwise any thieve could do that. If you bought the car from a dealership, they should have done all this when you took delivery.
