2022 GLE 350 Mercedes me

Hello all,

I am having a hard time getting in touch with MB , do you guys have a direct line to where someone can remove previous owners name from Mercedes me and put in My daughters name as the new owner ?

need help

You have to take it to dealer and show proof of ownership. The only other way is if you see the previous owner's email on the profile, you can send them a message asking them to remove it.

I tried the dealer and they said they can’t do anything, I call Mercedes me they said I have to call dealer… what is going on with MBUSA

It's 100% dealer. They usually have technical service advisor who handles it. Bring your car title with you. Try another dealer nearby, if you don't have a 2nd option then write or call the managing director of the dealership.

As said above, this is something that the dealer has to do, because of the required proof of ownership. Can't just add anybody to a car if it's not yours. If your dealership doesn't know what to do then they are simply incompetent. Find a dealership that knows what they are doing. It's not an MBUSA thing. I'm pretty sure you can appreciate that somebody can't just remove you from your car and add themselves simply by having the VIN of the car, otherwise any thieve could do that. If you bought the car from a dealership, they should have done all this when you took delivery.

thank you for your help.. My Local Mercedes was able to do it remotely without me going to the dealership .. it just took MBUSA to call them and instructed them how to do it, I bought the GLE from Carmax but run into problems with them. So I decided to purchase a 2024 GLE 4matic which the dealer (MB) had in stock with a price difference of 4k and had much more better upgrades and facelift over the 2022 .. while I was at the dealer, I spoke to the service people and asked them to removed all info from the 2022 GLE which they did remotely and is now ready for the new customer to input their info
