Rear dashcam
Am currently in the process of ordering a 2024 GLE 450 with dashcam from the factory. I noticed that it did not have a rear-view camera which bummed me out a little. What are some ways to install and route cabling for only a rear dashcam? I am not certain if there is an outlet (cigarette lighter or usb) in the rear of the car, could someone please confirm? My build does not have 3rd row seating. For an aftermarket dash, I think I will go with VIOFO A119 from online recommendation (LTT).
It also looks like Mercedes offer their own hardware dash cam. I wonder if I can get the dealer to order it and install the rear camera.
