Service Message Reset - Help Needed
Did Mercedes change the "secret handshake" required to reset service messages?

I used the attached successfully in the past to reset the message, but it has not worked this time after trying many times.

I visited the dealership and they refused to reset it. Much different experience with Melbourne, FL dealership versus a great previous experience with the Arlington, VA dealership.

Appreciate any help.

Why do you want to reset it? Did you perform the service yourself?
