Update Mercedes Me owner
I bought a 2020 GLE350 with AMG exterior trim 1 month ago. We love it. However the old owners profile is stuck as an option and I can't delete their profile without changing the Mercedes Me to my owner info. The nearest Mercedes dealer is 60 miles from me unfortunately and they won't do it over the phone. Can anyone help me out with this by chance? I'd be happy to send vin, etc. thanks again!

Nope, you gonna have to go to the dealer. Removing the old owner from the car requires proof of ownership. I'm sure you can appreciate that somebody can't just use your VIN, delete your profile then add themselves to the car.
