Use a good leather cleaner in conjunction with a horse hair brush. Be patient and let the brush and cleaner do the work. Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth then repeat as needed. It's unlikely you will get it completely clean, but if you treat it on a regular basis you can keep the staining in check.

We've found surprisingly good results using Huggies Natural Care Baby Wipes. Our beige leather would regularly show "staining," which was apparently transferred dye from our jeans, etc. The wipes easily took off the dye and got the beige leather fully clean! Our kids haven't been in diapers for 10+ years, but we still regularly order these wipes
And yes, I've tried other brands of wipes (Kirkland), and even other kinds of Huggies wipes, but only the Huggies Natural Care wipes do the trick.
Good luck!
