V167 genuine AMG brakes. Truly in the driver's seat.

Most of my MB customers have one thing in common: they're not afraid of being in control.
It may translate to many situations in life, whether a professional position, the role at home, in family, or even in the group of friends.
The desire for it is not enough though, sometimes it's about being capable, or by having the right tool for it.
The brake kit is the only safe antagonist of a car's speed, power and weight, it's what tames all those horses under your hood. It's what gives you, control.
The luxurious V167 is about 2.25 tons, and on that weight, rolling with a 1 POT caliper on the front may simply not be the preferred combination, in both performance and style.
Enter the genuine AMG brake kit, with a 6 Pot caliper on steroids, at the front, and 1 Pot for rear, combined with larger 400mm and 370mm discs respectively, high class, high performance.
Heat dissipation capacity at its finest, braking performance checked, you're in the driver seat, go go go!
Installation lasts about 3 hours.

These look great, is there any option to run these calipers with one piece instead of two piece rotors in the front and back? Fitment would be on an 2019 E450, W213 class Thanks.

No.
Either the caliper or the disc has to have a degree of freedom. A floating disc or floating caliper.

The big red brakes are fixed caliper, floating disc. The floating disc is also a thermal break from the hub assembly.

This disc is a genuine set up. and floating style has quite a few benefits, especially when it comes to heat management, warping resistance and even weight. I am curious though, why would you, as a driver, prefer one piece?
I'd love your take on this

Not saying this is true for all vehicles and setups but I absolutely have a vehicle with a factory Brembo brakes using fixed four piston calipers and solid brake rotors. So long as the caliper is centered on the rotor the pistons will happily shift to compensate for small variances. The stock calipers float because the piston(s) are only on one side. With fixed caliper systems there are pistons on both sides of the caliper and thus the caliper does not need to float.

That said there are other advantages to the multi piece rotor.

I do find it odd that the OP claims the stock caliper is only one piston in the front. Standard brakes are two piston floating calipers in the front and one piston floating calipers in the rear.

Yes, that's right, my brain skipped a beat when I wrote it. Thanks for correcting me!
