We submitted an order for a 450e with the Premium trim and the dealer said we had to select leather seats even though the mbusa website didn't force us. Can anyone confirm if this is true?
There is no option called "Premium Trim". your choices are Pinnacle or Exclusive. Pinnacle is the more expensive one and does not allow for the selection of MB-Tex.
No, premium is technically what a base is called. And no, only pinnacle requires leather. Only reason base would require leather is if there is a supply issue.
P.S. for only $1,600 I would HIGHLY consider getting an exclusive. The ventillated seats and premium sound are huge upgrades.
