Radio stopped working on new GLE450
Anyone else have issues with the radio not working? The “Hey Mercedes” stopped working also. I have a new 2024 GLE450, only 4 weeks old.
I have a friend who also has a 2024 and his did the same, he had to take it back to the dealership for a software update & that fixed it.

Did you try a MBUX reset? Hold the Star and TEL buttons on the center console down until the system reboots (about 10 seconds)

I did not know that was a thing - I am admittedly still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles on this car and probably never will, but I digress. Thank you! I will give this a shot and see if it works. :-)
