Mercedes Me Oddity
I recently renewed the MercedesMe subscription and now I'm seeing some odd behavior.
First of all the mobile app has a new interface that looks nice but it's harder to find things. I guess I'm still getting used to it.
In the services section, under Comfort, "Speed Alert" is now marked as Purchase instead of being active. Prior to renewing, "Speed Alert" was available and I used it occasionally.
Under the Navigation section, "Connected Traffic Light Services" is also marked as Purchase instead of being active. I remember seeing some traffic lights status on the dash prior to renewing but haven't really noticed it since then.
When I log into MercedesMe portal, there is no option to "purchase" these services.
Anyone else noticed this?

These specific services have been discontinued, but for some reason haven't yet been removed from the list of services in the app.

hmm I don't see AR navigation in the list, I was was going to active mine on Monday. and I do have the front camera. I can see it in the windshield

I'm having problems with Mercedes Me too. Can't update maps even though it has been purchased. Been communicating with tech support and they don't have a clue. It has been escalated to Tier 2 support. It seems the only thing they consistently get right is their system to accept payment...the rest after that is total incompetence!
