I知 looking to replace my steering wheel on my 2020 GLE 350 with the flat bottom AMG version. I really like the silver buttons and paddle shifters and my stock one is a wood wheel which I知 not a fan of. Still a Mercedes wheel, just a different design.

Does anyone know if the airbag is compatible with both wheels? The wheels look very similar but that痴 my biggest hesitation.

yes and no, the housing is the same, but the actual cover is different. with that said you can purchase and amg cover and swap it out (at your own risk)
youll need to make sure your buttons are the same as well. otherwise things wont work.
