Gle 350 2024 inop messages
After my engine went on my last MB at 70,000 miles. I decided to buy a new gle 350 2024. After I received my gle it was pulling to the side I noticed the bottom of the truck was scraped and they had used touch up paint the dealer wanted to fix it but refused . I called the headquarters after about 2 weeks the dealer decided to exchange the gle they said it was damaged in transport. Fast forward my 2024 gle 350 6,000 miles has been reading inoperative messages including one message saying my gle is not balanced. My gle 2024 went in the shop 8/19/24 Different parts has been replaced but they are still
get error messages. They are not giving much information. I don’t have a loaner they did not have any now I called them today they are say i could get a loaner tomorrow.
I want to put in for a buy back do anyone have any suggestions do Mercedes buy back or should I get a lawyer to request the buyback .
