Question 2020 GLE A/C Question

My wife has a 2020 GLE350 4Matic that I drive occasionally and I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the A/C wasn't blowing as cold as it normally does. Still cold, but in the past, I would have to turn the fan speed down as the car cooled to almost refrigerator like. I drive the vehicle again today and it idle, the A/C is blowing super cold. Once I start driving, it clearly is blowing warmer than what it is set at. Then I start hearing a deep muffled sound from behind the dash, when the fan speed is set to 6 or 7.

I originally thought it may be due to a freon leak, but now the noise behind the dash has me concerned.

Any ideas?

Double post.
Try "Auto" mode.

I realized I posted in the wrong forum and couldn't figure out how to delete the incorrect one? Do you know how to delete a post?

You just have to report it and the mods will delete it when they get a chance. Some people just edit it with a single period as well.

I selected AUTO Mode for the A/C and it's still not cooling well and the noise still occurs at a higher fan speed.

Any other ideas other than taking it in for service?

I had to have the AC condenser repaired last year and I still have issues where it will randomly not blow cold air (or hot in the winter) from the driver's side while the passenger's side is fine. This will maybe last a day and then be normal. I was dreading the summer, but luckily it became a tolerable intermittent problem not a constant problem for out Texas summers.

So in those scenarios, what temp air did you feel on the driver's side? I wonder if it's an actuator issue. It would probably throw a code though if it was.
