2023 GLE350 tranny issues?

I combed through this forum but can't pinpoint any similar issue. We are gonna look at a 2023 GLE350 with 19k on the clock. The dealer provided the invoice on their website which showed the service items to make it a CPO. However, it is not listed as a CPO. The following was shown on the internal invoice:

"Removed lower transmission compartment panel. Drained transmission fluid. Removed
transmission pan, gasket and inspected for abnormal metal shavings. No abnormal metal
shavings found. Cleaned pan and magnets. Removed filter element. Installed new filter
element, gasket with new bolts. Torque down all bolts to Mercedes-Benz specification.
Filled transmission fluid using Mercedes-Benz equipment machine and specified
transmission fluid. Started vehicle and checked for any leaks, no leaks detected. Checked
and corrected transmission fluid level at specified temperature using STAR diagnostic
system. Installed lower transmission compartment panel."

Is there a known issue with this tranny? Seems like a lot of work for no apparent reason. 60k seems to be the normal first interval, so 19k seems to have been triggered by an event. The Carfax shows minor unspecified damage. I'm suspicious about the car not being listed as a CPO even though the internal invoice showed the work was performed to make it so. The tech said no abnormal shavings but they cleaned the magnets. So normal shavings?. I really want to make this car work. The Mrs is trading her 2014 ML350 which was highly optioned as is the 2023. So what's the wisdom of the herd? Thank you.

Skip this vehicle, very likely you will find a better GLE than this one in the spec and price point you prefer, no point risking headaches buying a used vehicle that have this type of history on the report.

That would be a red flag for me as well.

Which, by the way, would probably be a red flag for the future buyers.
