Help: The slide lid of the Front Center Console stucked

Help: The slide lid of the Front Center Console stucked
Hi Forks,
I am a new MB owner (I got my GLE 350 2024 a few days ago). Today, when I tried to use the cup holder, I could not open the cover of the stowage compartment at the front center console. I inserted a USC flash drive a couple of days ago; I think the problem might be caused by the USC drive. Should I contact the dealer to fix it. If I need to pay for it, do you have a rough idea of the cost? Thanks a lot. A picture is attached showing the slide lid.
