Steering wheel horn only honking with left and right area depression?
Hi there,
Quick thread for sanity check. In my 2024 GLE (capacitive steering wheel), the horn can only be depressed in the left and right area. If I push at the top or the bottom, it doesn't go down – like if there was some mechanical stop. This is not the case in my 2019 A class, where the whole horn area can be depressed.
It's been already a couple of times where I needed to honk and due to this "problem" I couldn't really honk in time. Dangerous.
For those of you with 2024 or 2025 GLEs: can you use any area of your horn to honk?
