How to install Thule roof rack

Purchased 2020 GLE 450 a few months ago and trying to install a Thule roof rack so that I can transport my windsurfing board. Did a little research and purchased Thule 7603B Aeroblade edge flush mount and Thule 7604B Aeroblade crossbars. I cannot figure out how to attach the crossbars to the roof rails of the GLE.

Are these the correct Thule model numbers for the GLE?

If these are correct, it looks like I need to buy an attachment kit, does any happen to know the model number for the kit?

Thanks

I have the Thule Aeroblade Edge for my 2020 GLE 450. However, they are the "Raised Rail" version 7503 (Large, for the front) and 7504 (XL, for the rear). Not the 7603 and 7604 which are meant for flush rails. However, I'm not an expert so could be wrong, though if you go to the thule.com site and enter the vehicle model, you'll see they also say Raised Rail:

V167 GLE 100% for sure has raised rails. I used a Thule system on the W166, and used it on a G01 BMW X3, and now use it on a 9Y0 Porsche Cayenne and soon a 6th gen RS CR-V.

Buying new feet for each vehicle has allowed me to reuse several hundred bucks' worth of crossbars and 2 bike carriers.

Thule WingBar evo are the crossbars I use. I used the Evo raised rail clamp feet: 710405

Each of the four cars I have installed the Wingbars on, have required new "towers" or feet. W166 had raised rails as does the V167. G01 had flush rails. Cayenne and CR-V have no rails aka "bald" roof. Thule has solutions for all of these configurations.

For V167 GLE, Thule says:
  • Crossbar: Thule WingBar Edge 95 cm roof bar 1-pack aluminium | 721400
  • Crossbar: Thule WingBar Edge 86 cm roof bar 1-pack aluminium | 721300
  • Feet: Thule Edge Raised Rail foot for vehicles 4-pack black | 720401
    • Note: these feet are strap-type which means a rubber strap fits around the roof rail and is secured with the foot system. This is required because of the low profile of the WingBar Edge crossbars.
On Thule's site I do not see Aeroblade listed as a current product. Maybe it is the same as WingBar edge?

For both cars shown, the system below is the WingBar evo crossbars and WingBar evo raised rail feet. 2x ProRide bike carriers. Bars and bike carriers have been used on 4 vehicles over 7 years. This setup allows full unfettered function of liftgate (shown) and sliding roof in both tilt and slide positions.

Yeah I noticed that too. They look similar, not sure if just a rebranding or some iteration on the aeroblade.

[edit] See https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1899537 and https://alpenland.ca/products/thule-aeroblade-edge-raised-rail-large-silver, looks like discontinued and replaced
