I recently purchased a 2023 Certified GLE 450. Happy with the vehicle but having trouble with the online radio, Tidal specifically. I set up the phone app so Internet Radio is active and Online Music is linked to my Tidal subscription.
Problem is when I try to bring up Tidal in the Media of the vehicle its only showing Bluetooth and USB. No other streaming service available. I even asked "Hey Mercedes, open Tidal" and the reply was Tidal is not
available.
I already purchased the Data Plan through Mercedes but may cancel if I can't this to work. Attached is a photo showing that I only have 18 of 33 digital options available and Comfort Data Volume and audio streaming is not available
do to car lacking hardware from the factory.
Have other members had this issue and is there any possible cure?
