I just crossed the one year mark with my 2025 GLE 450E and also showing a little over 10k miles on the odometer. If I had to guess of the 10k miles Id say I've accumulated around 2k miles on gas and 8k on electric. However is there a way to determine what the actual number is? Ive checked the car and the app and cant find anything that shows but maybe I missed something. Does anyone know if this is possible?
It feels silly that I am being reminded about an oil change when I've only put maybe 2k miles on the engine so far.

My GLE 550e had a screen that tracked this information since start and another since reset. I would bet that the GLE 450e has the same information. Oil changes are always based on time or miles whichever comes first. Not running the motor allows moisture to build up in the oil. There is nothing to be accomplished by delaying the oil change (other than jeopardizing your warranty).
It should show in the trip computer. The electric consumption along with a percentage of how much you drove electric should show there. This is just from what I remember and I found this picture. There are two trip computers. Bring up the lifetime one, and then you should see your consumption and electric percentage so far.
As for the oil change, service is every 10k miles or 12 months, whichever come first. Oil degrades even if you don't drive or run the engine, so the oil should at least be changed every 12 months regardless of the mileage. That's completely standard. Low mileage cars should always do an annual oil change.

BTW, hybrid systems are extra hard on engines, because the engines in hybrid cars don't really reach operating temperatures frequently. It's not good for an engine to come in cold suddenly when power is needed. Lots has gone into oil formulation to minimize these issues, so taking care of your engine is extra important in a hybrid. Below is a good video on this subject and gives you an idea what the issues are.
