GLE450e moonroof(sunroof) closing issue

GLE450e moonroof(sunroof) closing issue
2024 GLE450e. My moonroof (sunroof?) is not correctly alligned when closed. The rear is too low by half a centimeter. This leads to wind noise in the cabin.
Online, there are tips suggesting to push/pull the controls in all possible directions and hold for 5 to 10 seconds. This is supposed to lead to a calibration. No change when I did it.
Is there a different reset/calibration method? Or, am I destined to go to the dealer?

To clarify - Move the sunroof to closed, remove hand, re-grasp the switch in the same (closed) direction and hold for 5-10 seconds, release. Repeat in the open and lift directions.
The key is to pause and re-apply pressure. I think it's called "synchronizing." It also works on windows.
From your description it sounds like it won't work, but it's worth a try before heading to the shop.
