Bluetooth Activating in System Setting

Hi Guys

Need your help.
My bluetooth stopped working last night. The screen says "bluetooth not activated in system setting". I played around different buttons, tried looking it up on the internet. Can't find anything.
Please tell me how to get to system setting in COMMOND to turn the Bluetooth on. Thank you in advance.
