I really do love this car (once I got the brakes worked out) and I hope the 580 I have on order works out. It is an awesome family touring car. This was today at an apple orchard that they just let you drive through and pick what you want.

H&R 12mm front and back with extended lugs.
I might switch to 10mm in rears soon, sticks out tad bit for my liking.
Thanks. 12mm is not much upfront. No doubt lowering helped your stance and negated the need for thicker spacer. I use (alternatively) 15mm and 20mm front.
I also use 12mm rear and think it is just right IMO. Tried 10mm rears before (I am not lowered), was not enough for me (especially on rear left). Actually my car "naturally" has the top of right rear tire sticking out by about 5mm more than the top of the rear left one (saw a couple other 43s have similar issues). So am actually using 15mm rear left spacer and 12mm rear right spacer. Right still sticks out 2-3mm more but at least it evens out the look. Very weird. Car drives fine both without spacers and with rear spacers being different as described.
I find that the best proportional non-lowered spacers combo is 20mm front with (for my specific car) 15mm rear left and 12mm rear right. Looks really good when car is in S+ mode (GLE43).

this is what I was thinking... how did you measure your rear fit difference? straight edge to face of wheel?
Since most spacers come in pairs, I'll likely go same on each side.

For 15mm spacers - 60mm R14 bolts, for 10mm - 55mm R14 bolts. For 12mm (rear only, not front) you can still 100% safely use 60mm R14 bolts, 3mm extra length is non issue at the rear.
For 20mm DR spacers - 65mm R14 bolts (I would not use these). For 20mm DRA spacers - 43mm R14 bolts.
