GLE300d model number badge on crooked

GLE300d model number badge on crooked
My wife picked her GLE300d up about a month ago and for the most part it's great. We're having one issue where the backup camera intermittently turns on completely black and then works again an hour later. The other one is that the "d" in the GLE 300d badge is completely crooked. Upon closer inspection, the spacing between the two 0's in 300 is completely off also. Is this something I can complain to the dealer about? Can they fix it properly? Any advice is appreciated.

Yes you can ask them. If they fix it depends on how you ask them. Be nice, but firm.
First I would try to figure out why is messed up. It shouldn't be if it was put on at the factory.
As for the backup screen turning black, I have no idea and have never heard of that. Is it unusually hot in the car? (I really can't see that causing it either though.)
