I have been using the Max360 in my GLE63 the past 4 months. I was skeptical at first about using a radar detector. My dad used one 20 years ago and it was junk and picked up more automatic doors than police.

My confidence has grown with the max360 over time. But recently it has saved me definitively from 2 tickets. Both of them were in places where I have never seen cops sit and I open my throttle a bit more than I should to see what the 63 can do. Upon entering these open spots, I picked up the cops about 1mile down the road hiding off a dirt road. Saved! I recently updated the software after skipping 4 versions (from 1.0 to 1.5) and the latest is spot on effective.

I am not a speedy driver and carry precious cargo often. I use the radar to avoid bull***** tickets when going with the flow of traffic.

My passport has saved me quite a but too. I've also started using waze app for long trips and it works great too. But it is troublesome trying to use it and concentrate on driving too.
I just need to hardwire mine in up high.
