GLE63 Diffuser Install / W166 Bumper Removal

Just noticed this OE diffuser replacement.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercedes-Ben...-/222379581306

It appears to be a straight swap on AMG sport exterior style models but I imagine to not damage anything the entire rear bumper cover needs to be removed and reinstalled. Anyone have any experience with doing something like this to install a trailer hitch or something?

EDIT:

To answer my own post again and to see if anyone has any additional inputs or also wants to or needs to remove the rear bumper cover...

Remove 3X plastic clips and 1X plastic nut securing each wheel arch liner, 1X bolt at each bumper end, 1X plastic peg behind each liner securing bumper skin to body (vertical position where there is a change in section in the bumper), 4X M8 bolts and 2X push-in plastic clips on the underside. Continue by removing the rear light units (3X nuts and wiring harness on each). Disconnect any radar sensors if fitted in LHS compartment. Starting at the bumper tips, pull bumper outboard to release from clips along bumper to body edge, continuing into the area around the rear lights and finally pulling rearward. (There are 4X clips across the rear panel that are notoriously stubborn, you must search for the correct angle and apply firm force).
