I just tried to open my trunk on my 17 gle and it didn't open. I used the trunk button on the key fob and it opens. If the doors are unlocked I can open the trunk with the latch on the door if they adder locked I can't, even with the key in my pocket.

trying to figure out if it's an option I turned off or if it needs repair.

Is it locked with the valet key?

Didn't even know that was an option. How do I check?

It opens with the key if I hold down the trunk button.

I told you wrong and I learned something too. The GLE hatch does not have the valet key option.

Hi there, just want to see if you have this issue resolved. It looks like I have similar issue started on Sat on my 17 GLS. Just want to see if it is something simple to fix or the dealer will require to have the car for a few days.
