I am having intermittent problem with the backup camera. Display panel will show camera inactive if I engage Reverse. Dealership reinstalled the camera, controller and updated the software. Issue came back very next day. Any of you seen this issue. It looks like this problem exists in other models..

 

First I've heard about this problem. Where did you see that there are others having the same issue?

 

that's exactly what mine was doing. the housing dropped down but no video. intermittent over a few weeks. just in to dealer and camera was replaced. Xentry (?) recorded like a dozen or so failures. seems to be working now. good luck, ron
