GLE350 1st maintenance service
Hi,
Our car is close to 10000 miles (pre-paid) and we are taking the car to a dealer for the 1st maintenance service. They told me that it would take about 1 hour to do the service.
- Can only Benz dealer do the pre-paid maintenance service?
- I wonder what they do there? Just change oil? Do they do anything else?
- And what questions should we ask to the dealer?
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Yes, only Mercedes can do the service as you paid Mercedes for the service, no one else.
In terms of questions, ask anything that you want. Is there anything that is troubling you about the car?

You can only use pre-paid maint at a MB dealer.
While it may only take 1 hour to do the service, they may not get to your car right away, so you may end up waiting several hours. I would recommend you ask them to give you a loaner so you don't have to spend your time waiting at the dealer while they work on your car.
If they don't have loaners, they may have a shuttle where they can take you somewhere (home/work/shopping etc) and pick you up once the work is done.
Every service (regardless of how little) I've had done at my local dealer takes at least a full day, so I always ask for a loaner.
