How do you remove front GLE400 headrest

How do you remove front GLE400 headrest
Hi folks,
trying to install MB seat covers but have to remove the headrests. I can't seem to find any info. Are there any re-percussions, e.g. programming or the such?

19 E63s(wifeys) & a 21 GLE580
I knew they don't come out easily, but this may help some.

But if you have cooled seats it will probably be different.
