how to fish wire through firewall?

Question how to fish wire through firewall?
I had seen some random threads and pics, so I was hopeful, but when I looked under the hood of my 2017 GLE, I really didn't see anything promising to get a wire from the engine bay to the cabin. I tried popping-out the plastic panels at the rear of the bay, but even that didn't give me any great hope.

Trying to install laser heads in the grill, and I don't want to damage anything, so I'm trying to find an existing grommet or something to get the 1/8" wire thru.

Does anyone have any tips (especially with a pic) as to where I can get a wire through? Really appreciate any tips and tricks!
