I have lost my audible reversing sound on my 2010 ML 300CDI SE. The red warning lights show and the reversing camera works fine just no warning beeps.

Unless you just purchased your car, I'm assuming you already know this. But just in case you don't, I'll explain how the audible alerts work. You have to be into the second or third red LED warning lights before the audible beeps start. During the "amber" warning lights display, there's no audible warning. The beeps don't sound through the entire progress of all LED's, just the second or third red ones.

If you haven't heard the beeps in a while, you may have forgotten they're not supposed to be on continuously while backing.
