2017 GLE 550e Digital Display Has Green Lines ?

Hello ---- Our 2017 GLE 550e has developed a digital screen issue that Mercedes apparently has never seen or knows how to repair. The digital screen between the speedometer and the tachometer shows green lines as shown in the picture at different times. It is intermittent and nothing that we can think of to make this happen. Any ideas ? We need help, please .... thanks.

These green lines are appearing intermittently for no reason ? Mercedes apparently does not know how to repair this ?

From the outside it looks like separate speedometer sections, but from the back, it is all one big piece. I used the word pod to denote that it is all connected in the back.
