GLE 350 no airmatic. Are there any?
Hello GLE owners,
Im just exploring options, and thinking replace our 2014 ML350BT with GLE 350 16-17.
I really don't want airmatic, but looks like all GLEs comes with airmatic at least what I could see.
Question for you: do you all have airmatic? Is it possible to find one without?

In my experience, most GLE350 vehicles do not have airmatic. My 2017 with P2 package does not have airmatic.
The attached photo above shows a non-airmatic vehicle.
The suspension adjustment button is on the 4-button panel immediately forward of the knob circled in red. The photo attached does not have a suspension adjustment button.

My 2016 GLE350 4matic does not have the airmatic option even with the tow package. Even if someone tows, it seems to be misunderstood that leveling the vehicle correctly loads the vehicle and it does not - the rear axle could still be overloaded as tests show.
We are towing a 5006 (plus cargo) camper with a weight-distribution hitch that properly distributes the added load. That said, I may add an "air bag" system to the suspension outside of the Mercedes version (aftermarket systems seem more reliable-once I find one) to work with my weight-distribution hitch mostly for headlight aiming and because as time goes by I suspect the factory springs will need some help.
