door not unlocking

door not unlocking
2016 gle350 4matic keyless-go
just started this. driver rear door will not unlock with remote/handle. it WILL lock all doors with the handle touch. have to get in on passenger side and pull handle to unlock.
is there a fuse associated with the locks? (not sure why there would be individual ones, but asking anyway.)
also, is there a reset procedure to resync locks internally (not the keyfob sync, keyfob works for everything else).
also, when this just occurred, the auto lock feature did not kick in. i had to deactivate and then reactive to get that back on line.
