Collision Warning or Collision Stop?

Collision Warning or Collision Stop?
My GLE 300d has front collision warning. It has figured out my closing rate a few times and beeped loudly to hit the brakes. Very nice but...
Do the W166's offer two different options? warning only as well as warning stop?
I don't have the heart (or stupidity) to test it with a hard barrier or another car. I suppose I could build a PVC frame covered in paper but you guys might know the answer.

Look at your grille. Distronic is built into the Mercedes star in the grill if you have it. If your 3 pointed star is full it has the Distronic stopping feature. If your 3 pointed star has open spaces it will not stop.

My guess is prolly difficult. The hardware prolly not an issue but the software, calibration and testing the sensors may prove difficult. I read article that says it is difficult for body shops to calibrate, test and certify the sensors work properly after collision repairs.
