Need help

After the gle 350 sat in the garage for 4 days without starting, it doesn't want to start now. I got it running and the battery is good now. I started looking at what can cause the battery to run low. I just about to walk away and I see lights coming the inside interior door handle. Both front door handle stays on even after you lock the doors and all the rest of lights turned off. Anyone know anything about this and how to turn it off.

Check user manual for interiro lights setup

Hi! You could check the interior lights settings in your profile and select to turn off after 15”. Also, check the lights above your head and rear seats if they are switch off. Otherwise, all interior lights should be on for a certain amount of time, allowing you to find your way to the car or to follow you. If this is not working it might be a sensor which is thinking that a door is not closed. There are some threads reporting that some doors are still open after car is closed with the remote.

Did you have a draw test on the battery? If it is the original battery, it is also possible that the battery is starting to fail and causing electrical gremlins. I had that happen to me with a past car of mine...
You state "I got it running and the battery is good now." Did you replace the battery? Charge it? Jump it?
Remember that there are two batteries in this car. One large and also one small auxiliary battery right next to the large one under the passenger seat. Because the battery is a pain to get to--- I would recommend changing the small one when if and when you change the large one. Also, remember that this large battery has a tube to allow the hydrogen sulfide fumes to exit the car safely and not into the passenger compartment. You shouldn't just throw any old battery in there.
