Camping in the GLE
This past weekend I was invited to join some friends on an equestrian trail ride, with two overnights in a campground. Due to current conditions, I didn't want to share sleeping space in their motorhome, so I bought an air mattress on Amazon. I found this thing to be surprisingly comfortable, and it fit so well you would almost think it was custom made for the W166. So, if an overnight or two in the cards for you someday, the $75 cost of this air mattress ( ) may be well worth it for you.

Looks great! I agree the GLE camps well. I have spent a few nights on an air mattress in my GLE also.

Very cool! It was comfortable to do? Wife and I are not campers but this does seem fun. Something different.

It was fairly comfortable for me. I put a sleeping bag on top of the air mattress for extra cushioning, and slept alone. Had my wife been aboard it would probably be a bit cramped since she's a side sleeper. By the way, I also got some side window "screens" that allowed me to keep the rear windows open while filtering out the bugs. .
