Mercedez-me App Car Profile Picture
Hi, I have a 2018 GLE 350. I recently downloaded the MercedezMe app and really enjoyed some of the features.
What disturbs me is the profile picture of my vehicle all of sudden changed. It was the correct color and image of my car. Don't know why today, it shows something different on both the app and my account online.
What's the problem? Any suggestions?

Normal. MB flopped the app rollout and implementation. When it works, it’s just OK. When it doesn’t work, which is often, it’s worthless.
Same thing happened with my vehicle icon/image. At the moment, it is the right image. For now.
edit: I spoke too soon. The app is unavailable due to “maintenance”. MB is floundering on many levels.
