Hi Guys

Been looking but cant find anything definitive so wonder if you can help.

2014 w166 ML350 in Australia

Trying to connect to the internet via a samsung android phone. Shows it as a device and tries to configure the connection, but of course fails to connect.

Any words of wisdom?

You can not use your phone as a hot spot to connect the car to the internet.
The electronic internals are not in the car to accomplish this task.

Hmm, looks like your correct, seems like Mercedes has stuffed up on this, even though the command system says it can and ahs the function it just does not work.
Gee if I bought this car new I would be screaming big time.

How on earth could a company of that size and reputation get is so wrong, why put something in like that in the first place.
